Matrix Store ships internationally. Because our items are sourced and fulfilled through our supplier network, please allow the following timeframes:
- Order processing: 1-3 business days
- Shipping time: 10-20 business days, depending on your location and destination customs processing
- Total estimated delivery: 11-23 business days from order date
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.
